JOBS –
As a rather advanced medical society, most of the jobs revolve around science and specialising in the care of patients
· Botanists - exist only outside of the kingdom, but nearby - they make medicine out plants - the raw substances, however, are not allowed in the kingdom walls.
· Doctors - high ranking officials who are third in charge - they're considered the managers of the ward and have the daunting task of keeping everyone ill-free.
· Nurses - just below the doctors, they are often the ones who will carry out small errands; they second as teachers too. {Note: while nurses are denoted as lesser in rank than doctors, they are never newbies}
· Pathologists -individuals who devote their time to studying diseases or sickness, often works alongside botanist'
Sugarists - living outside of the kingdom as well, they are considered the farmers and grow all sorts of sugars. If there's one thing the Medical citizens love, it's sugar.
White Knights - laugh the name up, but these are highly trained professionals - they guard the kingdom and their citizens with their lives, and will fight to keep everything bad out.
The T's - formally a "gang" that is now the kingdom's inner patrols enforcement whenever needed
Delivery Carriers - the messengers for the kingdom - they often go back and forth between White Knights and the T members - however they can be out-of-kingdom messengers when need be
·
- The rest would be rather normal things - however, finding restaurants in the kingdom will be quite a journey. Few shops specialise in it as none of the citizens actually consume 'normal food'. As they've accepted foreign patients into the kingdom, many citizens have taken it upon themselves to learn how to cook. But the kingdom, for the most part, is really bad at cooking. You guys don't wanna eat here, I swear.
If you want to make a servant or anyone involved in the royal palace in some way, please ask me first!
Though I doubt anyone really wants that fdjodgsih
CULTURE –
Main Religion(s): N/A - there's a lot of personal beliefs in the kingdom, but no main one!
Influence: The entire kingdom is a sterile white area. All buildings follow the same code of conduct, there's no abnormalities, and when there is, the T's are there to fix things up.
Cultural Traits: Most of the kingdoms' citizens are extreme hypochondriacs, You so much as mention a flu in the air, and they'll flip out. They are terribly afraid of illnesses and the outside world, so much so that even bringing in a raw flower will send them running. They are very kind and caring people and crime is not common - though when it does happen, they're horridly clueless on how to handle it.
Most of the officials, however, are very professional and always ready to help someone in need, despite any lingering hypochondria they may still have.
Try your hardest not to surprise or startle any of the citizens please,,,,
COMMON COURTESIES:
List of things you should know if you ever decide to visit the Medical Kingdom –
· Any physical contact will be regarded as rude - bowing slightly is how they normally greet - if you're going in for a handshake, you better make sure you're both wearing gloves, otherwise they'll get super offended and huffy at you.
· If you're planning to stay a bit, bring something to eat. A Medical family might be eager to feed you, but for your own health, say a friend had packed a meal for you. BV
· Try to make yourself super presentable if you're coming in just for a visit. If you come in with dirt all over your clothes, some brave citizens might follow you around spraying you with disinfectant.
· You're going to stick out really badly in the kingdom as a foreigner, but you should try your hardest not to - try not to speak loudly or make any sudden movements, because it'll spook them super easily.
Everything else is pretty standard in terms of courtesies!
